Life can be bumpy. Anxiety, grief, and PTSD can affect us when we least expect it, but it is possible to get your vibrancy back.

My Story
I have always believed in making the most out of life and expanding my mind. In my 20’s I traveled extensively and followed my dreams.
Life changed when a traumatic incident triggered anxiety and PTSD. To cope, I numbed my emotions and closed off my heart. I was desperate to move forward but was at a loss of how to get my life back on track.
I was stuck.
A friend suggested I try energy healing and it changed my life. I felt like a great weight had been lifted. I was back in tune with my emotions, my health improved, and I was at peace. I was free to live my life.
I learned Reiki and other energy healing techniques. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge. I started my business in 2017 and haven’t looked back!
My compassionate nature and open heart combine with my intuition to bring uniquely tailored energy healing experiences. I am highly intuitive and able to read energetic vibrations, through this deep understanding, I translate what is in your subconscious mind so you can learn from your soul wisdom and apply it to everyday life.
I have over 20 years of personal healing experience transforming trauma into positive growth for inner harmony and well-being and I believe we all have the power within to heal ourselves.

Evolve is a powerful word. Everything we experience in life causes us to change and evolve. We are students of life learning about ourselves and growing each day. The ethos behind Evolve Healing is that each of us holds the power to heal and transform.
The Evolve Healing logo is based on the sacred geometry of the nautilus shell, the Fibonacci spiral which is found throughout nature.
The ever evolving spiral or the “koru” in Māori holds special significance to me. I spent a decade living in New Zealand which was fundamental to my spiritual growth and personal healing journey. The koru symbolises new life, growth, strength and peace. The spiral shape conveys the idea of eternal movement, divine order and returning to the point of origin.
Energy healing uses all the elements, hence the logo also encompasses a water drop, flame, and an angel wing.
I work with the intention of bringing our emotions, mind and spirit into harmony within the physical container of our body.
