An intensive program for full body restoration and balance. This all-round healing program is intended to speed up transformation and break through blocked energy across all energy bodies.

Each appointment focuses on a different energy area and includes 90mins of intuitive energy healing, Reiki, crystal gridding and sound healing. The sessions are personally tailored around your needs to help you let go of whatever is holding you back from living your best life. It is amazing what we carry in our energy field over the course of our life and how it can lower our vibration. During the session I read the energy frequencies (your energetic signature) and take notes which we discuss afterwards.
Each session is deeply relaxing and transformative.
