A 2 hour healing session including 90 mins of intuitive energy healing, crystal gridding, Reiki and sound healing. I personally tailor the session around your needs to help you let go of whatever is holding you back from living your best life.
It is amazing what we carry in our energy field over the course of our life and how it can lower our vibration. During the session I read the energy frequencies (your energetic signature) and take notes which we discuss afterwards.
